Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

Services are based on the Confirmed Quotation. Quantities are fixed; no refunds for under-consumption.

Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute oyster varieties of equal or higher value if the specified variety is unavailable due to import/seasonal delays.

Non-Refundable Deposit: 50% required to lock the date.

2. Payment Terms

Final balance must be cleared 48 hours before the event.

We do not accept "Payment after service" unless pre-arranged for corporate clients.

3. Food Safety & "No Leftovers" Policy

We comply with Ministry of Health (MOH) standards.

The 2-Hour Rule: Oysters are safe for consumption for up to 2 hours once shucked. We will dispose of all shucked oysters at the end of the service period.

Client acknowledges that raw seafood carries an inherent risk of foodborne illness. By booking, the Client assumes this risk for themselves and their guests.

4. All-Weather Service

For outdoor events, a shaded/cool area must be provided. If the temperature exceeds 32°C in the service area, we reserve the right to move to an indoor location to maintain food safety.

5. Specific Raw Seafood & Interaction Disclaimer

Alcohol Interaction Warning Guests are advised that the consumption of raw oysters in combination with high volumes of alcohol (particularly spirits and heavy wines) can increase the risk of acute digestive upset or gastric distress. We are not responsible for adverse health reactions resulting from the concurrent consumption of oysters and alcohol provided by the venue or other vendors.

Cross-Food Interaction Raw oysters are chemically sensitive. We shall not be held liable for illness or adverse reactions caused by guests "mixing" raw oysters with other high-risk food groups served at the event (e.g., raw meat/tartare, unpasteurized dairy, or highly acidic spicy foods). Guests consume our products at their own risk when mixed with other buffet or catered items.
